 Except Victory & Everprime's joint endorsement guarantee limit of
 US$20 million, the other companies undertake US$30 million jointly.
 Also, the guarantors provide the bulk carries-M.V. Heng Shan/
 Mineral Oak/ Yue Shan/ Tai Shan as collateral.
