We continuously promote responsible management of a sustainable supply chain and work with suppliers to uphold core values such as environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and labor and human rights.
Our Company has established internal operating procedures, including the Supplier Management Operating Procedures and the related control guidelines. Suppliers are required to sign the “Social Responsibility Commitment Letter“, pledging to comply with relevant sustainability standards, applicable laws and regulations, and corporate social responsibility principles.
In addition, our company conducts both regular and ad-hoc supplier qualification assessments. In 2025, an annual assessment has been implemented, covering aspects such as supplier reputation, technical capability, product or service quality, pricing, obtained product certifications, and the presence of sustainability (ESG) management mechanisms- such as internal management measures, training records, and certifications or verifications related to environmental or social sustainability. For suppliers whose assessment results indicate area requiring improvement, the company will continue to monitor their corrective actions and evaluate subsequent cooperation models based on their progress, in order to ensure the sustainable development of the overall supply chain.
